I'm off to see the wizard!
The wonderful Wizard of... Calgary. Right. Well, that was an odd moment. Anyway, I'm going to Calgary for the next couple of days for my friend Jessie's bridal shower - it should be quite fun. :) I'm going to attempt to do some ficcing in my notebook while I'm there (probably porn, as that is what the loudest plot bunny in my head is calling for). I will have to be sneaky about it, as none of the people I'm travelling with get the whole fanfic thing - mwahahahah, stealth!pr0n. XD But yes, that is what's going on with me right now.

Oh man, have I ever had some technical difficulties getting ready to go. I knew I was going to be travelling today, so I took a shower and did my hair in such a way that it would be okay for a roadtrip (i.e., it wouldn't look like it was actively trying to eat my head) yesterday, and today I decided that since we weren't leaving until evening, I would wax my legs this morning. AAAAAAH, MISTAKE! I don't know how the hell I did it, but I actually managed to get wax in my hair. I cannot express to you the sort of panic I felt. My hair is fucking long. Fortunately, about three minutes into my flailing panic attack, I remembered that this particular wax was waterproof, and was thus able to just wash it out of my hair (and it only took half a bottle of shampoo! :\), and managed to calm it into something resembling order in record time.

The only problem now is that I can't find my suitcase (and thus should probably get the fuck off my blog and search for it). Farewell: I shall return Tuesday-ish!
